Roger Langford is the Vice-President, Sales & Marketing for Professional Warranty Service Corporation and oversees all functions and personnel related to PWSC’s overall Marketing and Signature Warranty product sales. Roger has been with PWSC for 17 Years and was formerly the Southeast Regional Director serving Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida where he continues to partner with home builders providing best in class risk management programs. Roger has been a NAHB National Director, a standing member of the NAHB Sales & Marketing committee and a member of the NAHB Society of Honored Associates. 

Mr. Langford has served as the Associate Vice President for the Home Building Association of Richmond. Additionally, Roger was named 2015 HBAV Associate of Year. Roger speaks across the country in the home building community about risk management and warranty challenges that home builders face in the ever-changing and sometimes challenging residential space.


 

With over 20 years of software support services, home building consulting, and management experience in the residential sector, Robert Cain is well known by more than 200 semi-custom and production homebuilders across North America, all of whom utilize MarkSystems® software. Robert currently manages the Professional Services department which is responsible for onboarding, training, and consulting services offered to MarkSystems users.

Robert is a proud alumnus of The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Business Information Systems Management. He is an active member and an approved instructor through the NAHB University of Housing, as well as a Certified Graduate Associate (C.G.A.).
